FoodiMap Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 14, 2026 Operator: OneStone (CEO: Kim Han-seok, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”)

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms of Service is to define the conditions and procedures for using the FoodiMap service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by the Company, as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and the user.

Article 2 (Scope of Service)

The Service provides the following features:

  1. Creating and sharing maps of popular restaurants
  2. Registering locations; writing reviews, posting photos, and assigning ratings
  3. Inviting acquaintances and managing friends
  4. Notifications and search functions
  5. Standard and Premium paid subscription plans
  6. Other services developed by the Company or provided through partnerships with other companies

Article 3 (Membership Registration)

  1. Membership registration is conducted through Google or Apple account authentication.
  2. Members must agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy upon registration.
  3. Persons under the age of 14 may not use the Service.
  4. Members must provide accurate information during the registration process and must not register using another person’s account or information.
  5. Members must immediately notify the Company if they become aware that their account has been used without authorization.

Article 4 (Account Cancellation)

  1. Members may withdraw from the service at any time by using the “Withdraw Membership” feature within the app.
